There is a rapid growth of Information & Communication Technology in Africa, where just over half of its 1.2 billion population own a mobile phone, and 350 million people own a smart phone. This has given rise to any mobile health solutions across the continent. But there are wider problems that mobile health alone cannot solve.
During this talk, we will have several speakers talk about their experiences with digital health in Africa. They will speak about the challenges they have observed or faced themselves, and the products and services now on offer to improve health and wellbeing across Africa.
This will also be a great opportunity to network with clinicians, UX specialists and IT professionals who all want to improve healthcare in Africa and beyond.
This event will be livestreamed! So if you can't join us in person, still get a ticket
