It will be hosted by Simon D Campbell the lead Inspirational speaker, success and achievement coach, who has been fortunate enough to work with and observe some of the UK's 0.1% earners.

It is not designed to be motivational as although powerful, motivational speaking events are known to be designed to get you to leave those events with strong 'feelings' that you can do anything then as the emotion disappears you generally realise you may not have been taught anything, just simply pumped up with the message 'you can do anything, nothing is beyond you.' While belief is the corner stone of success, you need much more.
The IUoA is designed to cut through it and to enable people to understand the inner workings of their desired success. By understanding what makes something you begin to build a picture of how to repair it if something goes wrong, how to maintain it's functions and most importantly how to tweak the output of results when you need to.
