Inclusive Sports Open Day - Cycling

Welcome to our Inclusive Sports Open Day, running at Wycombe Leisure Centre. We have a number of sports available for you to try so don’t let your disability hold you back!

Join us for a taster session in Cycling with the Wheels For All Team suitable for all ages. Active-In have teamed up with Wheels For All and Wycombe Leisure Centre to offer this session for individuals with disabilities and differing needs who are looking to engage in cycling. We have a number of adapted bikes on offer from hand cycles to trikes to wheelchair user bikes for people to try. We welcome all abilities even those who have never ridden a bike before! All sessions will last up to 45 minutes and are led by qualified coaches.

Please come appropriately dressed for the session, we would suggest sports or comfortable clothing. If possible please wear trainers.

We ask that parents, guardians and carers are to stay on site for the duration of the session and can watch from the seating area and are even encouraged to join in for free!

The Leisure Centre has accessible toilets and changing if required. There are lockers on site however you are required to bring your own padlock. Parking is available at the Leisure Centre and payment is pay and display. Please ensure you have the appropriate change. Fees are as follows: 50p for 2 hours, £1.00 for 4 hours. The Leisure Centre have an onsite café if you require refreshments, along with meal deal offers which are available for lunch.

Spaces for this session are limited, therefore booking in advance is required!
