Wight Proms 2022 - Isle of Opera

In anticipation of launching our brand-new opera festival ‘Isle of Opera’ on the island hopefully next summer, this gala will showcase some of the best-loved opera arias, transporting you to the world of Verdi, Puccini, Mozart and many more.

Hosted by broadcaster and Scala Radio presenter PENNY SMITH and featuring soprano LUCY ANDERSON, mezzo-soprano MAGGIE COOPER, tenor JACK DOLAN and baritone RORY MUSGRAVE, accompanied by JAMES LONGFORD on the piano and NINA PLAPP on the cello, who between them have performed at the Royal Opera House, Opera Holland Park, Glyndebourne, ENO and many more.
