Brand-new for Wight Proms 2022, in association with Isle of Wight Pride, join stars of the phenomenon that is RuPaul Drag Race UK, drag queens ELLA VADAY, CHORIZA MAY and KITTY SCOTT-CLAUS as they sashay into Cowes for 'One Night Only' with their huge personalities, comedy chaos and jaw-dropping vocals.

Hosted by the island's very own drag queen QUIVERS, there will be music by DJ SNACKS after the main show so you can stay for drinks and a boogie!

'Out On An Island' - hot on the heels of Russell T Davies' (11 BAFTA nominations) TV series 'It's A Sin' comes the book 'Out On An Island', revealing the real stories of the Isle of Wight's hidden LGBTQ+ community. StoneCrabs Theatre brings to life a selection of these powerful stories.

'Joe Carstairs' the fastest woman on water, written/devised by Franko Figueiredo & Krysia Mansfield. Fiercely independent and pushing against the grain in style and attitude, Joe Carstairs never tried to conform. From a turbulent childhood and driving ambulances in the First World War, to building boats on the Isle of Wight and becoming the fastest boat-racer of their generation. Here we tell their story - warts and all - accompanied by beautiful 20s, 30s and 40s songs performed by Krysia Mansfield.
