*WEEKEND - FAMILY CAMPING TICKETS ALLOW ACCESS TO THE FAMILY CAMPSITE*

A Weekend - Family Camping Ticket gives you access to camping in the Family Campsite. If you choose not to camp in the Family Campsite you can still access the General Campsites.

You must be accompanied by a child or children 12 or under. You will not be allowed turn up early without children to reserve camping places for families arriving at a later time. Each ticket allows for 1 adult and 2 children 12 and under.

Weekend Tickets give you access to campsites from 12pm Friday 22nd June until 1pm Monday 25th June 2018 and access to the arena on all show days.

Ticket holders are responsible for their tickets until exchanged for a wristband on first time entry. Weekend wristbands allow unlimited access to and from the event. There is no re-entry on ticket alone. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Body&Soul Festival 2018 is a strictly over 20s event. Photo ID required.

Up to two children under 12 (0-12 year olds) may enter with a parent/guardian who holds a Weekend - Family Camping Ticket.

Note: Body&Soul Festival will contain some acts unsuitable for children. We provide a full list of family-friendly activities before the festival and dedicated family areas so that your children can enjoy age-appropriate programming.

Parents may be asked to provide ID with proof of age if the child appears to be over 13 but holding a Child Ticket.

INSTALMENT PLAN
Our Instalment Plan allows you to split the cost of your ticket into two or three separate payments. To purchase your ticket through the instalment scheme simply add a full priced weekend ticket to your cart and after entering shipping address select to pay using the ‘instalment plan’. At the checkout you’ll only be charged for the first payment of your instalment plan.

TICKET LIMITS
Please note: There is a ticket limit of 6 tickets per person and per credit card on this ticket tier.

Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their order(s) and tickets cancelled without prior notice by Ticketbooth at its discretion. This includes: orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information. Tickets are non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend and wish to give your ticket to another person, a name change is required via www.ticketbooth.eu for a fee.
